Remote Senior Solutions Consultant

Summary

Join Endpoint as a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between our products and services and customer needs. This role works with commercial teams, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
• 2-4 years of Solutions Consulting experience. Prior experience with RTSM is preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team environment
• Organized with a methodical approach to prospecting

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals
• Design tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs
• Review proposal drafts generated by internal proposals team
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
• Explain technical aspects in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain sandbox environments to permit demonstration of the full capabilities of the endpoint system
• Solicit customer feedback during conversations and demonstrations
• Participate in various industry events to demonstrate platform solutions
• Maintain accurate records and log all activities in our Salesforce/CRM system
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RTSM technology
• Mentor and guide other team members to promote team success
