Join Thirdera's Spain team as a Senior Solution Consultant! As a technical point of contact, you'll assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo analysis. You'll work with ServiceNow experts, access certifications, and have opportunities to grow in the ServiceNow practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years working with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience working with practice area
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator β Required
- ServiceNow β Presales Certification β Required
- ServiceNow β Sales Certification β Required
Responsibilities
- Act as technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage by assisting sales personnel in qualifying commercial customer needs
- Perform pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts
- Exhibit mastery of the Sales process and be a trusted advisor for the account representative
- Work at direction of practice manager to grow the practice
- Perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers
- Plan and conduct proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers
- Respond to request for information/proposal documents
- Stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis
- Conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment
- Create and maintain templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery
- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations & Scrum Master Certified - Desired
- Any one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM - Desired
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
