Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior implementer of ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow certifications are a MUST (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Telecom Network Inventory, CMDB, Telecom Service Management (TSM), and Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM)
- Strong understanding of OSS technologies, including orchestration, integration, APIs, network management, fault management, and performance management
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, JavaScript, and XPath
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, with proven experience in technical consulting roles
Responsibilities
- Be the technical expert in supporting telecom companies by configuring IT Operations Management Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration rather than customization
- Hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with MID Server integrations
- Support telecom engagements by defining, re-engineering, improving, and analyzing current and future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions to enhance their IT processes
- Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and IT Operations Management solutions
- Guide customers in completing required documentation, such as business requirement workbooks, for technical aspects of the solution
- Provide ad-hoc oversight and training for customersβ future system administrators throughout engagements
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery, sometimes overseeing and unit testing partner resource development
- Be a lead member of overall engagement project teams, ensuring successful and substantive customer outcomes
- Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on technology and ensure the quality of configured/developed solutions
- Manage multiple and complex projects/initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials
- Provide training and mentoring to other members of the delivery team
