Summary

Join our team as a Dynamics CRM Sr. Technical Consultant! You will lead technical design sessions, develop solutions within the D365 CRM system using various technologies (C#, JS, AngularJS, etc.), and perform advanced configurations and customizations. You will also be responsible for developing integrations, supporting deployments, and writing unit tests. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4+ years of D365 CRM experience, and 5+ years of technical experience with specified technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience working with recent versions of D365 CRM
  • 5+ years of technical experience working with technologies including but not limited to: C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
  • Ability to identify risks and provide risk analysis options
  • Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows

Responsibilities

  • Produce thorough gap analysis and participate in analysis phase; Validate business and technical requirements as they relate to the client; Participate in analysis phase of projects
  • Lead discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Technical Design meetings
  • Facilitate and conduct technical design sessions and workshops on specific areas such as prototyping, data mapping, business rules, integrations, data migration, etc
  • Derive technical resolutions to business processes required by the users
  • Perform advanced configuration and customization of the D365 solution
  • Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS w/ Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, etc
  • Write D365 CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration
  • Develop Power Apps within D365
  • Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI & KingswaySoft
  • Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation
  • Use SQL development, optimization, debugging, security, and tracing
  • Write unit tests for completed development components of projects
  • Configuring, customizing & designing solutions
  • Multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail
  • Working in a highly collaborative team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision
  • Solving complex problems with creative solutions
  • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly

Preferred Qualifications

  • UX design experience developing wireframes and workflows
  • Long-range vision and ability to manage a sub-work stream within a project start to finish
