Remote Senior Technical Consultant, ServiceNow

Join Thirdera as a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with ServiceNow expertise to lead implementation and integration development efforts. You'll work on reimagining customer experiences, improving service operations, and engaging customers with digital workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments / implementations, and / or integrations
• Experienced in building ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead our ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts
• Reimagine the customer experience, improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows
• Solve customer problems by bringing front, middle, and back offices together with any ServiceNow module you are skilled in leading
