Senior Technical Consultant

Summary

Thirdera is seeking a confident, humble, and curious Senior Technical Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments/implementations, integrations, and building ServiceNow modules for customers. The role involves leading ServiceNow implementation efforts to improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows. Requirements

• 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow
• Experienced in building ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead our ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts to improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
• Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Node.js
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
