Summary
Join our team to help a tier 1 consulting firm meet future needs of their ServiceNow platform. This long-term contract or permanent hire role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance stays aligned to internal best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions
- Expert knowledge of enterprise grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions
- Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures
Responsibilities
- Work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally
- Manage the QAP release strategy
- Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it
- Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
- Understand system limitations and collaborate with the architects to produce alternate solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
- Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset
- CISA certification is desirable but not necessary
- Certified Scrum Master is an asset
