Summary

Join our team to help a tier 1 consulting firm meet future needs of their ServiceNow platform. This long-term contract or permanent hire role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance stays aligned to internal best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures

Responsibilities

  • Work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally
  • Manage the QAP release strategy
  • Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it
  • Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
  • Understand system limitations and collaborate with the architects to produce alternate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
  • Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset
  • CISA certification is desirable but not necessary
  • Certified Scrum Master is an asset
