Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, content management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) B2/C1 preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms
- Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management
- Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content
- Attend events and produce live social media content
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar
- Help in the development of quarterly planning with insights and proactivity
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech industry, hospitality, advertising or related fields
- Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels
- Knowledge of video and photo editing tools, digital and social media formats and updates
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts
- Certificates of social media training from software like Facebook Blueprint, TikTok, Google University, Coursera, Domestika and/or similar
