Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, content management or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) B2/C1 preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms
  • Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management
  • Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content
  • Attend events and produce live social media content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar
  • Help in the development of quarterly planning with insights and proactivity
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech industry, hospitality, advertising or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels
  • Knowledge of video and photo editing tools, digital and social media formats and updates
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts
  • Certificates of social media training from software like Facebook Blueprint, TikTok, Google University, Coursera, Domestika and/or similar
