Responsibilities

  • Maintain community and create content for a social audience of over 200K with educational and engaging social posts through various medias (video, photos, and data driven infographics) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
  • We are looking for someone who can take Amazon market data and turn it into engaging social content to attract the right audience to our product. This person should be well versed on LinkedIn and able to create compelling posts to enterprise audiences
  • You will ideally be comfortable ghost writing social posts for our executive team on LinkedIn

At Jungle Scout, we are on a mission to build the best Amazon competitive intelligence tools for Amazon sellers and brands.

We’re growing and we are looking to add a Social Media Manager to our Marketing team.

As Jungle Scout’s Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our brand across all social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. You’ll craft engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience of Amazon sellers, entrepreneurs, enterprise brands and e-commerce professionals. You’ll play a key role in building community, driving brand awareness, and showcasing Jungle Scout’s thought leadership in the ecommerce space.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST location, preferably based in Austin TX.Interested in learning more? Let’s get into the details:

Performance Objectives:

Maintain community and create content for a social audience of over 200K with educational and engaging social posts through various medias (video, photos, and data driven infographics) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.

Key Performance Objectives:

  • We are looking for someone who can take Amazon market data and turn it into engaging social content to attract the right audience to our product. This person should be well versed on LinkedIn and able to create compelling posts to enterprise audiences. We are looking to grow our LinkedIn audience by 20%* this quarter, as well as our overall engagement and following across all channels.
  • You  will ideally be comfortable ghost writing social posts for our executive team on LinkedIn.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience as an in-house social media manager. Experience in SaaS would be an advantage.
