Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, preferably in fitness or lifestyle industries
  • Proven ability to source and curate user-generated content and develop engaging social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of content calendar management and audience engagement best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
  • Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and providing actionable insights
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools. Company currently uses Agorapulse
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or native social media insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content calendar to align with marketing goals and maintain consistent posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Plan and schedule posts with a strategic focus on increasing engagement and audience growth
  • Regularly track performance metrics and analyze content effectiveness, providing reports with actionable insights
  • Identify, source, and curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC) to drive authentic interactions with the audience
  • Occasionally create branded content to complement UGC and showcase Stick Mobility products and values
  • Repurpose UGC and curated content across platforms for maximum reach and effectiveness
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to strengthen online presence
  • Collaborate with the customer support team (integrated with Gorgias) to ensure timely and consistent responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement across all platforms
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content to achieve marketing goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Support paid marketing efforts by providing impactful UGC and curated content for advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure content aligns with the company’s mission

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer support tools like Gorgias is a plus
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous
  • Proactive and highly responsive, with a strong community-building mindset
  • Creative thinker who stays updated on social media trends and best practices
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness
