Join our creative team within the Public Affairs department as a Social Media Manager to communicate topics such as responsible AI, AI technical skilling, sustainability, and cybersecurity. You will curate, develop, and manage high-quality innovative content, schedule and publish social media content, monitor and respond to community interactions, track key metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital-first copywriting, and community engagement
• Strong Social Media Writing Skills
• Social Media Content Development: Ideate, outline content copy, and collaborate with designers to develop social media posts

• Curate, develop, and manage high-quality innovative content
• Schedule and publish social media content through Sprinklr
• Monitor and respond to community interactions
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content performance

Benefits

Base salary range from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00
