Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and tailor our solutions accordingly
  • Attend client meetings to build deliverable Functional Design Specifications
  • Liaise with clients to explain sub-system integration designs clearly
  • Commission, test, and hand over Control Center software either remotely or on-premises
  • Provide hands-on training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions
  • Provide technical support for Control Center clients to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with software integration concepts and deployments, preferably with orchestration / workflow experience
  • Experience in configuring servers and troubleshooting the Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience of Database architectures and methodologies; with a deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ability to manipulate data using SQL scripting
  • Experience in Networking principles and the Internet Protocol (IP)
  • Experience with Integration processes with knowledge of API / SDK’s and Open Protocol application
  • Experience working with Client-Server applications
  • Virtual machine (VM) environments and Microsoft Clustering Experience

What you’ll be doing:
