Requirements

• Experience in the complete product development cycle, from problem definition to solution launch
• Solid portfolio, demonstrating experience in designing and launching relevant digital products
• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of cognitive psychology, research methodologies and usage data

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of our products and services, guaranteeing consistency in all platforms
• Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, creating a unique and delightful experience in the Living segment (searching for properties, scheduling visits, making offers, moving, and living in a rented or purchased property)
• Collaborate with product designers to guarantee a unique and delightful experience in the Housing segment (searching for properties, scheduling visits, making offers, moving, and living in a rented or purchased property)
• Work in a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and participate in decision-making
• Work together with the engineering team for an impeccable implementation of your projects
• Use, collaborate and evolve our Design System
• Participate in discussions and contribute to the development of the company's long-term design strategies
• Give and receive feedback on processes and solution delivery within your product, design, and engineering team
• Good prototyping skills, to explore and materialize multiple design directions, according to hypotheses based on the understanding of users, business objectives and technical possibilities
