  • High-energy levels paired with curiosity, an agile mindset, and a strong desire to learn business in a dynamic company
  • Excellent organizational, planning and implementation skills
  • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and grow relationships within existing customer base with key stakeholders and champions
  • Understand platform capabilities and align value to customer challenges & initiatives to expand into new areas
  • Partner with and lead internal stakeholders such as Customer Success & Sales Engineering to deliver growth and solve customer challenges
  • Meet & exceed revenue and renewal targets
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of sales playbooks and our product roadmap based on customer interactions

We are seeking a talented Client Director to drive and own existing customer development and revenue generation across key Strategic accounts (10,000+ employees) supporting our Stack Overflow for Teams solution. Stack Overflow for Teams is the homebase for mission-critical knowledge sharing and collaboration, enabling our customers to find the information they need to stay on track, meet launch deadlines, and drive innovation.

What you’ll do:
