Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels to meet Amazon and other channel requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
  • Implement inventory management best practices to reduce holding costs, improve turnover, and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels at US-based co-packing locations
  • Partner with the sales, demand planning and other internal teams to align inventory levels with the demand forecast and other business goals
  • Work closely with vendors and procurement teams to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with logistics providers (e.g., 3PLs, truckers) to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support sales growth on Amazon and other channels
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs
  • Ensure that all operations comply with Amazon’s marketplace guidelines to avoid penalties or account suspensions

About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Senior Analyst / Manager to lead supply chain operations across multiple ecommerce micro-brands. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and fulfillment across a tiered supply chain network.

Responsibilities include - but not limited to:

  • Manage inventory levels to meet Amazon and other channel requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations

  • Implement inventory management best practices to reduce holding costs, improve turnover, and ensure accurate stock levels

  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels at US-based co-packing locations

A successful team member will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management

  • Experience with Amazon fulfillment is a strong plus (Seller central and Vendor central)

  • Experience with co-packing operations and raw material management is a strong plus

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally with teams and external partners

  • Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
