Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to meet Amazon and other channel requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
- Implement inventory management best practices to reduce holding costs, improve turnover, and ensure accurate stock levels
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels at US-based co-packing locations
- Partner with the sales, demand planning and other internal teams to align inventory levels with the demand forecast and other business goals
- Work closely with vendors and procurement teams to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with logistics providers (e.g., 3PLs, truckers) to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support sales growth on Amazon and other channels
- Continuously improve supply chain processes to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs
- Ensure that all operations comply with Amazon’s marketplace guidelines to avoid penalties or account suspensions

About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Senior Analyst / Manager to lead supply chain operations across multiple ecommerce micro-brands. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and fulfillment across a tiered supply chain network.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
Manage inventory levels to meet Amazon and other channel requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
Implement inventory management best practices to reduce holding costs, improve turnover, and ensure accurate stock levels
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels at US-based co-packing locations

A successful team member will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain management
Experience with Amazon fulfillment is a strong plus (Seller central and Vendor central)
Experience with co-packing operations and raw material management is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making
Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally with teams and external partners
Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
