Remote Support Engineer

Summary

Join our dynamic Tech team at Pubstack as a member of the Engine squad, where you'll collaborate with Technical Account Managers to investigate issues and optimize our Monetization Engine.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English
• Advanced knowledge of Javascript
• Advanced knowledge in HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of Rust is a plus
• Knowledge of Ad-tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues reported by our Technical Account Managers
• Improve and evolve our Monetization Engine
• Communicate promptly on the ongoing investigations and their progress
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our solution
