Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Establish and refine recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
  • Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement

Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-cycle Internal Recruiter to join our People team. This role is crucial in helping us attract and retain top talent as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up recruitment processes and systems, be willing to handle administrative tasks associated with internal recruitment and possess skills in employer branding and social media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Process Development: Establish and refine recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.

Qualifications
