Remote Technical Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Node.js)
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role , managing multiple projects
• Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential
• Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have
• Proven experience launching successful products
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience mentoring developers of varying experience levels
• Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and support day to day development activities
• Collaborate with developers, product and project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
• Provide technical mentorship and remain hands-on for coding when required
• Ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
• Drive improvements in process and practices
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
