Summary

Join Stensul as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) and lead the evolution of our internal platforms. Requirements

  • Have mastery in prioritizing product features and initiatives with a relentless focus on what's most impactful
  • Be fluent in communicating technical details to a broad audience, translating user needs into engineering and design specifications
  • Be adept in agile methodologies, facilitating a dynamic and responsive product development environment
  • Show commitment to extensive interaction with customers and team members, possessing the flexibility for travel
  • Be a strong advocate for developer experience and design, working with design partners to define user interactions and stories
  • Be proficient in managing relationships and fostering collaboration across various organizational functions
  • Have a deep technical understanding of system architectures and the interactions between diverse systems
  • Have a proven ability to navigate multi-location team dynamics, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration
  • Have problem-solving acumen, with a focus on delivering solutions that address user needs and business objectives
  • Be resident in Argentina and have availability to be in Buenos Aires at least once a month
  • Have 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Have advanced oral and written English skills
  • Be a great relationship builder with an appreciative inquiry approach

Responsibilities

  • Achieve measurable and meaningful efficiency gains (less cognitive load, time, developers, costs, higher pace) for the product engineering teams to autonomously create new content creation experiences via our content builders core platform
  • Achieve measurable and meaningful efficiency gains (less cognitive load, time, developers, costs, higher pace) for the product engineering teams to autonomously implement new integrations
  • Consolidate metric baselines for team efficiency (cognitive load, time, developers, costs, pace, DORA metrics)
  • Implement an internal pricing schema for infrastructure and platform services to regulate demand and keep the product engineering teams accountable for operating spend
  • Engage with product engineering teams to find opportunities of workflow optimization by reducing their cognitive load via implementing self-service APIs, tools and other standards
  • Lead internal platform discovery processes that leverage real user data to affirm the product's business value
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure rapid time-to-market and optimal resource allocation
  • Capture and synthesize insights to influence the platform engineering strategy
