Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner (minimum requirement 2 years)
- Technology passionate. Used to working with IT Teams
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story
- Familiarity with technical integrations
- Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts)
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Ability to work independently Research and analyze market, the users and the roadmap for the product
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team, creating requirements by user story and use case
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communicator
- Attention to details
- Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus
- Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the project strategy Roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager
- Work in defining usability, logics, funnels, designs, functionalities, and requirements after analyzing players to understand and execute business and clients needs, optimizing performance of our products
- Actively participate in definitions of the implementations to work with the tech team department ensuring timely execution and compliance with the quality standards
- Coordinate the execution of the product with internal departments as well as external providers Ensuring product objectives are fulfilled deliverables meet requirements and business expectations
- Synthesizing and communicating insights during the product development process
- Analyzing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyzes, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more
- Monitor product metrics performance and report them accordingly
- Empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is part of your role
