Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner (minimum requirement 5 years)
  • Technology passionate. Used to working with IT Teams
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team, creating requirements by user story and use case
  • Familiarity with technical integrations in Web/API environments: HTTP, RESTful, web services
  • Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts)
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communicator

  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus based on data
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams, successfully navigating geographical differences to achieve shared goals
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the project strategy Roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager
  • Work in defining usability, logics, funnels, designs, functionalities, and requirements after analyzing players to understand and execute business and clients needs, optimizing performance of our products
  • Actively participate in definitions of the implementations to work with the tech team department ensuring timely execution and compliance with the quality standards
  • International collaboration to effectively work within international teams, bridging cultural and geographical gaps to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate the execution of the product with internal departments as well as external providers
  • Consultancy Collaboration: Leverage your experience working with consultancies and external providers to foster strong partnerships and drive project business to success. Reviewing the final product vs requirements and specifications to approve the launch to development production
  • Ensuring product objectives are fulfilled deliverables meet requirements and business expectations
  • Proactively collaborate in optimising the technical infrastructure to create a robust and stable business, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Ensure Normalized Data, the steward data, BI, and Product teams will define the normalized data for the standardization on the DB. Work in collaboration to refine and ensure the normalized data is implemented with the standards defined
  • Synthesizing and communicating insights during the product development process
  • Analyzing and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyzes, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more
  • Monitor product metrics performance and report them accordingly
  • Empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is part of your role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with Firebase, Google Cloud and BigQuery is a plus
  • Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Amplitude and Datadog is a plus
