Remote Technical Service Engineer (Solar)

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical guidance and support to customers, develop technical documents, and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering or Associates in Electronics with applicable experience
• Minimum 3 years in a technical HW/SW related with Solar System
• Having knowledge and experience about SPP and Power electronics
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Being self-motivated and self-organized
• Open mindedness and strong interpersonal skills
• No restriction for intensive travelling (both domestic & abroad)
• Having a valid driving license
• Completed military service for male applicants
• Good knowledge MS Office, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training of products, installation and implementation
• After-sales problem solving and other related functions
• Maintain customer relationships; provide technical support
• Including remote guidance, on-site solution of after-sales problems and needs, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously follow up the use of products to improve customers' product usage
• Provide technical support for the promotion of new products
• Demonstrate new product functions, build demonstration platform
• And assist sales engineers to carry out technical communication with customers
• Responsible for the output of technical documents
• Including configuration scheme, implementation scheme, trouble-shooting manual, etc
• Continuously follow up the quality performance of products and put forward suggestions for technical improvements
• Support pre-sales team for service sales
