Remote Technical Service Engineer (Solar)

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and be responsible for training, installation, implementation, after-sales problem solving, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering or Associates in Electronics with applicable experience Minimum 3 years in a technical HW/SW related with Solar System
• Having knowledge and experience about SPP and Power electronics
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Self-motivated and self-organized, open-mindedness and strong interpersonal skills
• Completed military service for male applicants
• Good knowledge MS Office, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Train products
• Installation and implementation
• After-sales problem solving
• Maintain customer relationships
• Provide technical support
• Follow up product usage to improve customers' product usage
• Provide technical support for new product promotion
• Output technical documents
• Follow up quality performance of products and suggest improvements
• Support pre-sales team for service sales
