Remote Technical Service Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and training on products, installation, and implementation. You will maintain customer relationships, provide remote guidance, and solve after-sales problems. This role requires continuous follow-up on product usage and quality performance.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering or Associates in Electronics with applicable experience
• Minimum 2 years in a technical HW/SW related with Solar System
• Knowledge and experience about SPP and Power electronics
• Fluent in English and Turkish, Chinese preferred
• Self-motivated and self-organized
• Open mindedness and strong interpersonal skills
• Completed military service for male applicants
• Good knowledge MS Office, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Train products
• Installation and implementation
• After-sales problem solving
• Maintain customer relationships
• Provide technical support
• Follow up product usage to improve customers' product usage
• Provide technical support for new product promotion
• Output technical documents
• Follow up quality performance of products and suggest improvements
