Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients, tailored to their unique needs, promoting optimal functioning
  • Collaboratively create Individual Treatment Plans, OMS Surveys, and other required assessments within specified timeframes
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all services provided, adhering to agency policies
  • Participate in individual and/or group clinical supervision sessions as determined by the program supervisor

Location: Silver Springs, MD (100% Remote)

Compensation: $48 - $50 per hour (1099 role with bonus potential)

About Us:

We are a reputable organization near Silver Springs, dedicated to providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our tele-therapy team. This role is entirely remote, conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video service. The Therapist will manage a caseload of approximately 30 clients and collaborate with a Clinical Director. Our clients typically present with anxiety, depression, or ADHD diagnoses.
