Remote UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam or Miro

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate into engaging user interfaces
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences
• Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and improve usability
• Create style guides, design systems, and components for consistent UI across the product
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and are optimized for responsiveness
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS)
• Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes
