Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Career Center administrators and European university branches to showcase how 12twenty can be a valuable resource for their institutions
  • Conduct web-based and in-person demos of the 12twenty platform tailored to European audiences, including Directors, Deans, and University Provosts
  • Generate revenue by targeting European university branches and hitting quarterly and annual quotas
  • Create and negotiate international sales proposals and contracts
  • Work closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to understand and support the unique needs of European university customers

Summary:

We are seeking a highly-motivated Account Executive based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, with experience working with European branches of universities. In this role, you will grow and maintain relationships with prospects, evangelize the 12twenty platform, and close new business to expand our presence in the higher education space.

You’ll interact with stakeholders ranging from Administrators to Deans and University Provosts, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate different cultural and academic environments. If you have a track record of exceeding quotas, enjoy building international relationships, and are passionate about expanding our reach in Europe, we want to hear from you. Annual compensation range: Up to $110,000 OTE

The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
