Requirements

• Understanding of how to produce long and short form content similar to the following creators on YouTube, Instagram, & TikTok: daniel dalen, iman gadzhi, matt grey, alex hormozi, bretfully, sweat equity, Ravi abuvala, orenmeetsworld, serge gatari, alexgarcia_atx, dan koe, EddieMaalouf, robthebank
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve
• Developing proper thumbnails
• Strong understanding of effective storytelling principles, message delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Will be editing for the aim of building a brand aesthetic/creative direction and volume
• Design and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials
• Create captivating short-form and long-form video content, including appropriate sound design, color grading, and pacing for great cinematic and marketing materials
• Ensure a consistent brand image across all content deliverables
• Develop efficient workflows to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast turnaround time
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Animation skills are a plus
