Requirements
- Have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Have been deeply involved in the consumer hardware NPI process and understand the intricacies of developing and scaling a manufacturing process for new products
- Have experience working closely with Sales and go-to-market to establish pricing, allocation, and product compliance with retailers and direct to consumer channels
- Have multiple years leading large-scale Product teams and orgs on a global scale
- Be highly technical, understanding the intricacies of decisions that are made that impact hardware, firmware, and software to balance tradeoffs and support innovation
- Have led the creation and delivery of high-impact product strategies, and have brought successful products to market
- Be great at analyzing data
- Have worked at companies that have a reputation for valuing user experience and building delightful products
- Be a strong strategic thinker and storyteller with the ability to motivate and inspire your team around a shared vision
- Be a passionate believer that design and user experience is a competitive differentiator in its own right. Data informs you, but user experience excellence takes precedence
- Believe that to succeed in your role, staying hands on and getting into the details is critical. Be great at delegating, but ultimately take ownership of everything we ship
- Be known for being able to have tough, direct conversations while also remaining kind and respectful

- Define, communicate and execute the product vision to build a compelling device strategy that complements the broader goals of Life360
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product goals with overall business objectives
- Craft a long term product-led growth strategy and lead execution of strategic initiatives
- Discover and implement growth opportunities across all aspects of the business
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class team with a focus on growth
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Apply a deep understanding of our customersβ wants and needs combined with extreme attention to detail to deliver a world-class experience that pushes the customer experience and the business forward
- Work with leaders cross-functionally to plan and execute strategic initiatives
