• Strong portfolio of previous work on Wix.com that includes examples of custom web pages, templates, animations, and interactive content
• Proficiency in Wix.com platform, including advanced customization and use of web actions and animations
• Knowledge of best practices in web design, user experience (UX), and responsive design
• Experience with GenAI tools for content management and efficiency improvements in storytelling
• Ability to select and recommend quality images, with knowledge of stock photography resources and AI tools to enhance selection efficiency
• Skilled in interviewing and listening deeply to founder and team narratives, distilling these insights into powerful, visually engaging content
• Strong understanding of how to communicate technical and business information to a professional audience
• Ability to write and structure content that appeals to C-level executives, with sensitivity to their professional priorities and industry context

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and enhance our existing website on Wix.com with a visually clean, simple, and user-friendly design
• Leverage Wix templates and build custom web pages where necessary to create a seamless, interactive, and visually engaging user experience
• Incorporate interactive elements, animations, and web actions to make the site dynamic and engaging for high-level decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with the founder and three key team members to capture the essence of our mission, values, and vision
• Conduct interviews and actively listen to extract meaningful insights that convey our dedication to clients, courage in problem-solving, and commitment to creating a ‘WOW’ experience
• Design and structure content that resonates with executives in roles responsible for Enterprise Analytics and AI in process-oriented industries
• Research and recommend images that enhance storytelling and align with our core values, supporting a brand image that is professional, inviting, and purposeful
• Utilize GenAI and other AI tools to expedite content curation, enhancing message clarity and consistency across site elements
