Reporting Analyst

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a reporting analyst role or similar, with a focus on reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on experience in creating reports, presentations, and billing documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Knowledge of workflow management tools and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed productivity reports and agent-wise KRA performance metrics
• Analyze and produce SLA/Quality reports for multiple work groups
• Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement
• Develop high-quality slides and dashboards for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
• Summarize complex data into clear and visually compelling presentations for stakeholders
• Design and utilize macros and automation tools to streamline reporting processes
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency
• Prepare and validate accurate monthly billing reports
• Ensure alignment with financial policies and adherence to deadlines
• Liaise with operations, quality, and finance teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reports
• Collaborate with leadership to align reporting with organizational goals
