Summary

Join BeyondTrust as a Reporting & Analytics Architect for FP&A, where you will design and execute the reporting ecosystem for the Finance team and the broader business. This role involves transforming raw financial data into decision-ready information, building scalable reporting frameworks, improving metric consistency, automating recurring deliverables, and incorporating AI-forward thinking. You will tackle immediate reporting challenges and data cleanup, while shaping the long-term Finance data environment. You will partner with the data management team on the enterprise data warehouse build, ensuring FP&A's needs are met. Your work will enhance reporting reliability and lay the groundwork for future-proof analytics. This is a strategic and hands-on role with immediate impact in a high-growth SaaS business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in FP&A, Finance, or Business Intelligence, in a SaaS or Software environment
  • Proven ability to design, automate, and scale reporting processes
  • Expertise in SaaS metrics, subscription economics, and financial modeling
  • Advanced skills in at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Looker); strong SQL proficiency a plus
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and integrations across ERP, CRM, billing, and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Define and document company-wide financial metric definitions (ARR, NRR, bookings, churn, CAC, etc.) to ensure a single source of truth
  • Ensure upstream data from ERP, CRM, billing, and HRIS systems is accurate, consistent, and structured for Finance use
  • Partner with the data management team to design the Finance layer of the new enterprise data warehouse
  • Develop executive dashboards, recurring reporting packages, and board-level metric views
  • Enable drill-down and self-service capabilities for deeper analysis by segment, geography, product line, and cohort
  • Influence planning platform structure and reporting outputs without directly administering the tool
  • Automate recurring FP&A processes such as KPI packages, ARR/Billings/Revenue bridges, BvA analysis, headcount tracking, etc
  • Build reporting templates and tools that increase speed and consistency across the FP&A team
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify anomalies, surface trends, and accelerate insight generation
  • Serve as the bridge between FP&A, RevOps, Quote-to-Cash, Data Management, and Accounting to align on data flows and metric definitions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and ensure insights are available before critical decision points

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Databricks, Metabase
  • Familiarity with AI/ML analytics tools and applications in Finance
  • Prior exposure to board-level reporting or investor relations support
