Summary
Join Harrier, an award-winning Australian total talent business, as a Reporting and Insights Specialist. You will play a critical role in ensuring continuous improvement and providing data-driven insights across our customer portfolio and organization. Partner with talent acquisition teams, present reporting dashboards to senior stakeholders, and focus on economic, market, and competitor intelligence. Create engaging reports and dashboards in Power BI, and discuss labor market analysis within the context of customer needs. Requirements
- 4+ years data analytics and reporting experience, ideally from talent/people related business
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python and Excel; ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations
- Data extraction expertise via ATS or HRIS; with the ability to extract and analyse data sets
- Ability to present trends and insights based on market data, research and competitor insights
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with our Harrier leaders and broader business communities
- Strong commercial and business acumen and the ability to have detailed discussions regarding economic and labour market analysis, in the context of the customer landscape
- All candidates must have current working rights in Australia
Responsibilities
- Partner with our Harrier Talent Acquisition (TA) customer teams to service ad-hoc requests and deliver market data and insights
- Present detailed reporting dashboards for senior stakeholders groups and hiring communities
- Focus on economic, market, and competitor intelligence to support workforce planning for Harrier and for our customers
- Create engaging reports and dashboards in Power BI that tell a clear story
- Discuss labour market analysis in the context of the customersβ needs
- Provide predictive analytics
