Join Picus Security, a leading security validation company, as a Budget & Reporting Specialist within the Finance & Operations department. You will play a pivotal role in a fast-growing cybersecurity company, delivering timely and accurate financial insights to the CEO, VP of Finance & Operations, and investors. This involves monthly actual reporting and participation in the annual budgeting process. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Management)
• Have 5 years experience including, at least 3 years working for one of the big four audit companies and 2 years FP&A or budget & reporting experience
• Have an in-depth understanding of IFRS (IFRS15 knowledge will be highly desirable), consolidation reporting, Turkish tax regulations, management reporting standards and internal control systems
• Possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data to create actionable strategies
• Have a proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels
• Have good business sense and strong analytical skills
• Have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong research skills
• Have excellent command of MS Office programs
• Have strong communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English
• Have the ability to work for a Global business
• Have the ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep-dive analytical problem-solving
• Be a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, looking to build processes that scale

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for consolidation, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis process
• Assist with the preparation of financial management reports across a variety of key metrics including ARR, bookings, and headcount, comparing current actual and year-to-date and last twelve months' performance with prior year results, forecasts, and budgeted results
• Review and assist with cash management including the development of monthly and 8-week cash flow forecasts
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L and Balance sheet
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Conduct expense analysis and monitor the management of expenses in line with the budget
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
• Build analytical frameworks and forward-looking scenario models to enable quality decision-making and strategic alternative evaluations
• Support management's decision-making process with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Develop and work on various budgeting and forecasting models and templates
• Provide support to external auditors

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite/Quickbooks, Abacum
• Have a CPA (SMMM)
