We are looking for a Reporting & Consolidation Manager for our US Controlling & Accounting team to support our US market in reporting, consolidation, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements

• Accounting experience
• Public Audit background (1-3 yrs)
• Experience consolidating multiple entities (8 entities in US)
• Experience closing month for multiple entities
• Experience in Intercompany accounting
• Ability to draft financial statements
• Experience with IFRS + ES GAAP
• Preparation of US GAAP financials

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly and annual local consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage the consolidation of financial information for 8 entities to produce a cohesive view of the organization's financial performance
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the consolidated financial information in NetSuite
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Address auditor inquiries and help ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy. This includes maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies

• Accounting certification
• Big 4 experience
• NetSuite experience
• Acquisition accounting experience
• Reporting pack experience (to consolidate entities in excel and deliver to HQ)
• Process documentation and improvement experience
• Experience in providing technical trainings/learnings
