Requirements

• Be results-oriented, self-directed, organized, and practically-minded
• Hold a degree from a respected university and have previous experience working in a demanding environment
• Have 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a blockchain research role or a comparable record of private projects
• Be enthusiastic about learning and teaching on topics such as economic security, MEV, and consensus algorithms

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on new decentralised networks and evaluate the business viability of operating nodes on them
• Deeply understand the networks we run and practically explore how we can further improve our infrastructure's performance
• Engage publicly in priority ecosystems, building your network, presenting our research, and highlighting promising opportunities to the team
