Requirements

• Experience: One to four years in a research, business assistant, administrative or data entry/analysis role, preferably with a focus on detailed research
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough online research using reliable sources to verify and validate data accurately
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and completeness within CRM systems
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English for documenting issues and collaborating with team members
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online platforms and productivity tools
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, seeking support from supervisors when needed
• Proficient with Salesforce
• Ability to navigate, update records, and perform data validation tasks for leads and research targets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SharePoint for accessing resources and task management tools
• Proficient in Outlook for email correspondence and calendar management
• Basic to intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other Office Suite
• Experience with Monday.com, or similar tools, for task tracking & organization
• Experience with research platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc

Responsibilities

• Detailed research & data entry
• Validate and update data fields in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy by verifying information from reliable sources by hand - not using other software tools
• Quality control and confirmation of data
• Move researched targets through the pipeline and confirm their readiness
• Identify new targets
• Use our software tools and organic research to identify new target companies for client to research and upload into Salesforce for validation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with research platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc
