Summary

The job is for a Strategy & Insights team member within Brandwatch's Professional Services. The role involves managing accounts, leading custom research projects, and acting as a strategic advisor in the Consumer Intelligence and Social Media space. The position requires 5+ years of commercial research experience, strong mentoring skills, exceptional communication abilities, technical proficiency, and advanced competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial research experience, ideally with a focus on consumer insights and social media research
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and create innovative data visualizations for report deliverables
• Strong mentoring skills with a willingness to coach and guide junior team members
• Exceptional business writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Technical proficiency and a strong aptitude for learning new software, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Advanced competency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charting), Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, leading the development, execution, and delivery of custom research projects
• Oversee and guide project teams, including analysts and freelancers, collaborating on deliverables and client relationships
• Ensure seamless client communication, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with client goals
• Conduct complex data analysis to generate actionable insights addressing client business challenges
• Review and provide feedback on client deliverables for content quality, accuracy, and presentation
• Handle commercial scoping, ensuring optimal pricing, discovery, and project delivery quality
• Represent the team in client meetings, presenting to both internal and external audiences
• Contribute to the development of new methodologies, delivery mechanisms, and tools to enhance research capabilities
