Summary

The job is for a Spanish-fluent Research Manager at Collage Group's Custom Insights team. The role involves conducting qualitative market research, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the quantitative team on multi-method projects. Requires 2+ years of qualitative supplier-side market research experience, Spanish fluency, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with qualitative supplier-side market research, including research design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting
• Spanish required - native or bilingual proficiency
• Ability to moderate both in-person and online methodologies such as focus groups, in-home ethnographies, video IDIs, online bulletin boards/diaries; including ability to moderate in Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
• Intellectually curious with a passion for research and talking to people
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute qualitative market research to uncover key insights that will shape the way our clients activate these consumer segments
• Moderate a range of qualitative methodologies including IDIs, focus groups, and online bulletin boards/diaries
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle
• Perform qualitative analysis to surface ‘storytelling’ insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients
• Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts
• Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with quantitative research a plus
