Requirements

• You speak and write fluent English effortlessly
• You’re a natural at organization, time management, and problem-solving
• You have a reliable internet connection and can work independently with minimal supervision
• You’ve likely planned trips (professionally or personally) and love the behind-the-scenes magic of travel logistics
• You’re open to working flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and some holidays (this role involves an afternoon shift and includes one weekend day)

Responsibilities

• Make and manage hotel, flight, and car rental bookings for our clients
• Coordinate payments and liaise with our Finance Team to ensure accuracy
• Review and verify invoices from providers, flagging any discrepancies
• Handle special requests and urgent situations with providers via email or phone
• Be the go-to person for our Trip Planner Team—booking support, research, double-checking details, and more
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and providers alike

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you have experience in travel, hospitality, or admin, and a solid knowledge of European destinations
