Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Enthusiastically encourage people to come inside, guide guests through their experiences, and ensure every moment is exceptional
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate intellectual curiosity for technology, help guests fit gear properly, and address technical mishaps
• Keep it Shiny: Maintain order, cleanliness of stores, experience rooms, and equipment to ensure a premium and professional experience

• Open Availability: This role will be scheduled in accordance with the needs of the location

• Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on the business’ needs
