Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of retail facilities, ensuring that all functions are performed in accordance with company policies and standards
  • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components
  • Develop and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring service contracts are adhered to and invoices are managed properly
  • Prepare and manage the facilities maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits
  • Plan and oversee renovation and construction projects, managing timelines and budgets while minimizing disruption to retail operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and inspections. Prepare regular reports on facility issues, project status, and budgetary concerns
