Summary
Join OnePay as a Retail Marketing Program Manager and support the execution of retail marketing initiatives across all OnePay product locations. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to drive successful in-store and digital campaigns, merchandising, and administrative operations. Responsibilities include campaign execution, performance monitoring, creative brief coordination, legal review, purchase order management, retail field visits, and partnership management. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail marketing experience, ideally with financial products, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail marketing or visual merchandising program management. Ideally, with experience in financial products
- Experience working with brands sold in retail brick-and-mortar stores
- Drive to deeply understand the customer and their needs
- Great organizational skills
- Proven quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, setting and maintaining high standards for yourself and team
- Proficiency in the retail marketing creative process
- Proficiency in Excel - vLookups, pivot tables, etc
- The ability to influence, lead and direct those around you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel, at minimum, 2x per quarter
Responsibilities
- Work closely with 3PL partners to implement in-store marketing and merchandising programs
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from 3PL teams, summarizing insights to optimize merchandising efforts
- Manage the intake process for creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines
- Oversee the intake and tracking of legal review requests to ensure compliance with brand and retail guidelines
- Support the processing and review of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgetary guidelines
- Travel to Walmart store locations to assess merchandising execution, gather insights, and collaborate with store teams
- Maintain strong relationships with Walmartβs buying, merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of retail marketing programs
- Assist in the execution of digital retail marketing initiatives, including: Managing placements on Walmart.com
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency between in-store and online brand presence
- Experiment with creative marketing approaches, measuring effectiveness and continuously refining strategies for improved engagement
