Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva)

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally to ensure we are operating and standardizing operational processes and procedures resulting in improved efficiencies, effective support and exceptional client experience
• Work with Regionals, D&C, branding, marketing and commercial to support ongoing projects and initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues that impact Retail Experience and implement solutions
• KPI reporting and ad hoc business review support
• Facilitate solutions through managing various projects and meeting project deadlines focusing on multi-channel retail experience
• Provide regular reports and presentations to leadership
• Curate and spearhead new and innovative initiatives
• Work with various vendors and stakeholders to review/draft contracts and ensure compliance to legal stipulated terms
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI in all activities
