Summary
Join a dynamic, design-focused kitchenware brand as their Retention Email Designer. You will create visually engaging email campaigns, SMS graphics, and loyalty program assets to boost customer engagement and retention. Responsibilities include designing email templates, graphics, and interactive elements, collaborating with the marketing team, ensuring responsive design across devices, maintaining brand consistency, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance. This is a remote, full-time position with a competitive salary and additional perks. The ideal candidate possesses proven email design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma preferred), a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email design and marketing materials creation
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Figma preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and responsive design
- Knowledge of design best practices in the CPG and/or Cookware industries
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Responsibilities
- Email Design: Create eye-catching, on-brand email templates and graphics to drive engagement and conversion
- Content Creation: Design email layouts, graphics, GIFs, and interactive elements to effectively communicate promotional offers, triggered communications, product updates, and brand messages
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, messaging, and target audience to design effective email content
- Ensure that email designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and email clients
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency in all email communications, including fonts, colors, and visual elements
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to run A/B tests on email designs to optimize performance
- Image Selection: Choose and edit images that enhance the visual appeal of email content
- Performance Analysis: Track the performance of email campaigns, gather insights, and suggest design improvements to boost open rates and click-through rates
- Compliance: Ensure that email designs adhere to relevant industry regulations and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
