Retention Executive

Summary

Join IMG as a Retention Executive and build lasting relationships with our international medical insurance customers. Working remotely or hybrid, you will ensure customer satisfaction, achieve retention targets, and contribute to our revenue objectives. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Building Trusting and Influential Customer Relationships
• Compelling sales persuasion Communication skills
• Establishing and demonstrating Customer value
• A customer-centric attitude
• Excellent high impact communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Sales Negotiation
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Contact Policyholders during renewal process to secure renewal
• Advise Policyholders of any premium/benefit options to assist in securing renewal
• Schedule regular meetings with SME customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Feedback any competitor knowledge gained back to the business
• Maintain IMG agreed retention targets and work diligently to meet them
• Manage Broker TOBA process and maintain agency database
• Collaborate with internal teams
