Summary

Join Birdy Grey as a Retention Marketing Contractor and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of triggered marketing flows and blast campaigns for our new suits category. You will ensure the successful launch and ongoing support, integrating key lifecycle communications and campaigns across multiple customer journeys. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals, drive customer engagement, and optimize performance metrics. This remote role requires proven experience in retention or lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree desired
  • Proven experience in retention or lifecycle marketing, email marketing or similar field
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and behavioral flow development
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with a history of working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, QA processes, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with experience reporting on marketing performance and deriving actionable insights
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lifecycle and behavioral flows to support the new suits business
  • Collaborate x-functionally with Brand, Engineering, Product, Merchandising and analytics to align efforts with business priorities and goals
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans for all communications
  • Measure, analyze and report on performance to optimize and strengthen strategies, including presenting performance insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a robust marketing calendar to support a successful launch & ongoing support
  • Ensure seamless alignment across all customer touchpoints and broader business priorities
  • Deliver weekly progress reports on goals & KPIโ€™s
  • Partner with BG Core Retention marketing manager to ensure consistency and integration across channels & customer segments
  • Partner with peers to refine segmentation strategies for targeted communication
