Requirements

  • 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license required

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
  • Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs
  • Make recommendations to help customers navigate their policy renewal as seamlessly as possible by re-shopping their policy in our marketplace
  • Work closely with cross-functional and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products will be advantageous
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the industry is equally valuable
  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
