Summary

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management, including Medicare billing, and in-depth knowledge of coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies. Experience with Epic and payor contract negotiations is also required. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
• 5+ years of Medicare billing and follow up experience
• In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant speciality area
• Experience with Epic
• Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end
• Identify and resolve issue impacting revenue
