Summary

Join ChowNow as a Revenue Expansion Executive and become a key strategic contributor, gaining invaluable experience and showcasing your knowledge. You will take ownership of existing clients, turning them into sources of additional revenue by establishing the value of new product features and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with peers and managers to identify the right clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of the restaurant technology space to help restaurateurs improve their business using the ChowNow platform. This remote role requires grit, curiosity, and a drive to help small business owners. The position involves consistent over-achievement in cross-sales, experience in a highly outbound sales environment, and a passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry. You will need to be a fast learner, self-motivated, and enjoy building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Progress through our Ramp Camp (ChowNow’s New Hire Onboarding Experience)
  • Thoroughly know our customers, their needs, and how our product adds differentiated value
  • Develop a clear plan for nurturing existing partners
  • Confidently run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences
  • Own and manage relationships, including the nurturing of leads and building a referral network
  • Drive your own deals through a full-cycle, inside sales funnel from qualifying to close
  • Prioritize strategic opportunities and resources to maximize your own output
  • Hit and exceed your quota numbers
  • Understand the importance of reports and dashboards in SFDC to evaluate your pipeline and KPIs
  • Advocate for clients internally to ensure their voice is heard, helping to influence the product roadmap, service improvements and support priorities
  • Shape, iterate, and scale our Account Management strategy, taking initiative to improve the team's practices, tools, and content to enhance client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth
  • Hit and exceed your quota numbers
