Revenue Operations Contractor

Summary

Join Kiddom as a part-time Revenue Operations Contractor and play a key administrative role in implementing the revenue operations function. This highly visible position offers exposure to all operational aspects of Kiddom’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team, including marketing, sales, and customer success. You will support print fulfillment and operations, assist in data clean-up, optimize the GTM technology stack, and supplement process documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology, particularly Google Suite and spreadsheets. Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience with spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Comfortable with technology in general (particularly Google Suite)

Responsibilities

• Support print fulfillment and operations
• Assist in legacy data clean-up for metrics
• Help optimize GTM technology stack (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Salesloft)
• Supplement documentation of processes
• Be involved in other key functional areas as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GTM technology a plus (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Salesloft)
• Mac proficient
